Aptech surges on securing LoI from Government of India Enterprise

Aptech is currently trading at Rs. 239.60, up by 8.85 points or 3.84% from its previous closing of Rs. 230.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 230.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 240.75 and Rs. 230.75 respectively. So far 51092 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 321.85 on 24-Aug-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 199.85 on 23-Jul-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 240.75 and Rs. 214.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1366.05 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 47.36%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 3.67% and 48.98% respectively.

Aptech has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from a Government of India Enterprise (said Body) under the administrative control of Ministry of Science and Technology for various Recruitment and Promotion Examination Process which includes custom software development and maintenance as per the applicable scope of services. 

This will lead to estimated revenue of around Rs 4.76 crore subject to satisfactory milestone-based deliverables to said body. The tenure of the work shall be Multi-year subject to satisfactory milestone-based deliverables by Aptech to said body.
