Anant Raj soars on entering into MoU with Haryana Enterprises Promotion Centre

Anant Raj is currently trading at Rs. 550.05, up by 11.25 points or 2.09% from its previous closing of Rs. 538.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 556.55 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 563.65 and Rs. 546.00 respectively. So far 658576 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 744.10 on 07-Oct-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 403.00 on 30-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 564.60 and Rs. 464.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 19760.84 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 57.41%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 15.71% and 26.88% respectively.

Anant Raj has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Haryana Enterprises Promotion Centre (HEPC), Government of Haryana, on June 1, 2026. The MoU aims to establish a framework for collaboration and co-operation between the company and HEPC, Department of Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Haryana State Electronics Development Corporation, Citizen Resource Information Department, Department of Industries and Commerce, Government of Haryana.

Under this MoU, the company will invest around Rs 25,000 crore, for development of Data Center and Cloud Services in the state of Haryana. The MoU provides for the company’s initiative to expand its Digital Infrastructure (which includes Data Center and Cloud Operations) Business Operations in Haryana. The Haryana Government, through HEPC, is committed to providing all facilitation and Ease of Doing Business support to the company for ensuring success of the company's endeavour(s).
