Ambuja Cements surges on incorporating three wholly-owned subsidiaries
Ambuja Cements is currently trading at Rs. 424.70, up by 4.35 points or 1.03% from its previous closing of Rs. 420.35 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 420.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 425.65 and Rs. 414.90 respectively. So far 85088 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 598.15 on 09-Dec-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 315.30 on 02-Feb-2023.

Ambuja Cements (ACL) has incorporated 3 new wholly-owned subsidiary companies. These subsidiaries are named as LOTIS IFSC, Ambuja Concrete North Private and Ambuja Concrete West.
LOTIS IFSC has been acquired to carry on the business of owning and leasing of Aircraft. Ambuja Concrete North Private and Ambuja Concrete West have been acquired to carry on the business of manufacturing and dealing in cement, RMX and allied products and by-products.
Ambuja Cements is engaged in manufacturing and marketing of cement and clinker for both domestic and export markets. It is a material company of Adani Cement and part of the diversified Adani Group.
