Allcargo Gati Bags Five Prestigious Awards in the CII Kaizen Awards and National Championship

In May this year, the company secured the first position in the CII Kaizen Platinum Award for Best Digitization Kaizen for its innovative project, “Enhancing Visitor Experience with Centralized Visibility and Eliminating Paper Consumption.”
Later in October this year, the company received the CII Kaizen Gold Award under the Morale category for its innovative semi-automation solution for spare counting designed for Ashok Leyland in Alwar. This project increased the accuracy and speed of counting spare parts, transforming a routine task into a more efficient and reliable process by reducing repetitive tasks and enhancing daily workflows.
During the same month, the company also bagged the first position in the CII National Championship Platinum Award in the EHS category for a case study on the “Auto-Gate/Boom Barrier with UHF Solution”. This high-tech, tailor-made solution was developed to enhance driver experience and streamline vehicular movement at facilities that prioritizes both operational efficiency and safety standards.
In October 2024, the company also received the first position in CII National Championship Platinum Award in the Quality category for a case study on ‘Allcargo Supply Chain’s Quality Champion Program’ aimed at empowering employees to upskill at all levels and foster a quality culture in operations. This program was implemented across all Allcargo Supply Chain locations in India.
