Aksh Optifibre surges on receiving work order from Jaipur Development Authority

Aksh Optifibre is currently trading at Rs. 11.37, up by 0.37 points or 3.36% from its previous closing of Rs. 11.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 11.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 11.44 and Rs. 11.00 respectively. So far 24730 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'T' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 13.37 on 25-Sep-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 8.01 on 18-Jul-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 11.80 and Rs. 10.71 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 184.66 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 27.18%, while Non-Institutions held 72.82% in the company. 

Aksh Optifibre has received work order from Jaipur Development Authority (JDA), Jaipur for operating and maintaining of existing smart solutions installed at various locations in Jaipur under smart city project and installation of equipment's/devices at JDA including all software, hardware, P2P connectivity and required internet bandwidth for maintaining the whole system live and functional, amounting to Rs 19.46 crore inclusive of GST. The said order is expected to be completed within a period of 24 months i.e. by October 13, 2025.

Aksh Optifibre was founded in 1986 with major focus on manufacturing of Optical Fibre Cables.
