Aeroflex Enterprises gains on acquiring additional 13% stake in MRO

Aeroflex Enterprises is currently trading at Rs. 105.00, up by 0.80 points or 0.77% from its previous closing of Rs. 104.20 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 104.20 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 105.80 and Rs. 103.55 respectively. So far 11313 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 151.70 on 14-Oct-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 70.10 on 07-Apr-2025.

Aeroflex Enterprises has acquired an additional 13% equity stake in M.R. Organisation (MRO), pursuant to the Share Purchase Agreement dated July 27, 2024. This marks the second tranche of the acquisition as per the terms committed in the original agreement, thereby reinforcing Aeroflex’s strategic intent and long-term partnership with MRO.
