Aditya Birla SL AMC announces revision of time limit for disclosure of NAV
Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC has announced notice-cum-addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of Aditya Birla Sun Life MNC Fund (the Scheme). Pursuant to para 8.2.1 of SEBI Master Circular on Mutual Funds dated May 19, 2023 with respect to Review of time limit for disclosure of NAV of Mutual Fund schemes investing overseas, the timeline for declaration of NAV of Aditya Birla Sun Life MNC Fund, an open-ended equity scheme following the MNC theme in its investments, will be revised as under with effect from Friday, January 19, 2024 (the Effective date). Revised Timeline: By 10 am of the immediately succeeding Business Day (When the scheme has exposure in overseas securities).
All other features and terms & conditions of SID/KIM of the Scheme will remain unchanged. This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the SID and KIM issued for the Scheme read with the addenda issued thereunder.
