Aditya Birla Capital gains on raising Rs 200 crore via debentures

Aditya Birla Capital is currently trading at Rs. 286.15, up by 3.05 points or 1.08% from its previous closing of Rs. 283.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 285.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 286.55 and Rs. 279.75 respectively. So far 125308 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 289.40 on 19-Aug-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 148.75 on 17-Feb-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 289.40 and Rs. 267.80 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 74838.10 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 68.76%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 18.52% and 12.04% respectively.

Aditya Birla Capital has raised Rs 200 crore through debentures. The company has allotted 200 Unsecured Redeemable, Rated, Listed, Non-Convertible Perpetual Debentures having a face value of Rs 1 crore per debenture on private placement basis, to identified investors. The debentures have a coupon rate of 8.4232% p.a. The tenor of debentures is Perpetual, unless call option is exercised any time after 10 years and 31 days (September 18, 2035) from the Deemed Date of Allotment (August 18, 2025).
