Adani Enterprises rises as its arm incorporates Joint Venture Company with Indoport Logistics

SCL is incorporated for the purpose of engaging in the business of design, development, operation and maintenance of airport cargo Infrastructure including integrated warehousing and warehouse management. Adani Airport Holdings hold 74% share capital of SCL.
