Adani Enterprises moves up as its arm acquires 100% stake in LMDF

Adani Enterprises is currently trading at Rs. 3255.15, up by 21.75 points or 0.67% from its previous closing of Rs. 3233.40 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 3256.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 3264.40 and Rs. 3240.00 respectively. So far 1399 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 3349.35 on 04-Mar-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1573.00 on 28-Mar-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 3349.35 and Rs. 3183.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 368607.96 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 72.61%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 20.09% and 7.30% respectively.

Adani Enterprises’ step-down subsidiary -- Ospree International FZCO, Dubai has acquired the 100% stake in LE MARCHE Duty Free SAS (LMDF) on March 6, 2024.  The acquisition is of strategic nature in the interest of Mumbai Travel Retail. LMDF is incorporated in France on February 7, 2024 for the purpose of operating Duty Free business in France. Cost of acquisition is 5000 Euro.
