Adani Enterprises gains as its arm incorporates wholly owned subsidiary in Kenya

Adani Enterprises is currently trading at Rs. 3032.45, up by 12.55 points or 0.42% from its previous closing of Rs. 3019.90 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 3019.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 3040.00 and Rs. 3018.50 respectively. So far 6509 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 3743.00 on 03-Jun-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 2142.30 on 20-Nov-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 3095.00 and Rs. 2981.85 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 344268.94 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.72%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 17.76% and 7.52% respectively.

Adani Enterprises’ step-down subsidiary -- Global Airports Operator L.L.C., Abu Dhabi, has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary namely ‘Airports Infrastructure PLC’ (AIP) in Kenya on August 30, 2024. AIP is incorporated to take over, operate, maintain, develop, design, construct, upgrade, modernize and manage the Airports.

AIP has been incorporated and registered under the laws of Kenya Companies Act, 2015 on August 30, 2024. AIP is yet to commence its business operations.
