Actors Ritvik Sahore, Varun Badola, Raghu Ram Jamnapaar opened up about their upcoming series ‘Jamnapaar’ in an exclusive conversation with ANI on May 24 in Mumbai. The upcoming aspirational drama is premiering on Amazon miniTV on May 24. It promises the journey of Shantanu Bansal aka Shanky from Laxmi Nagar, from getting embarrassed with his Jamnapaar identity to finally accepting his roots.
Speaking to ANI, Ritvik Sahore said, “The story is based on Jamnapaar but it is the story of every person who relates to the character of Shanky and wants a thriving career. It is a story of coming back to your roots.”
Speaking about his character Raghu Ram said, “I play the character of Shanky who is from Jamnapaar but has become successful and a role model for the people of Jamnapaar.
Actor Varun Badola said, “This is the river that every individual has to cross someday in his or her life. One Jamna the dad has to cross to understand his son’s perspective.”
