Wipro inches up on entering into five-year business partnership with ServiceNow

Wipro is currently trading at Rs. 384.75, up by 2.10 points or 0.55% from its previous closing of Rs. 382.65 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 384.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 385.35 and Rs. 383.40 respectively. So far 43562 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 488.00 on 03-Jun-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 351.85 on 17-Apr-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 388.75 and Rs. 381.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 210021.07 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 72.92%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 14.39% and 10.30% respectively.

Wipro has entered into five-year business partnership with ServiceNow to invest in and bring new offerings to market that will empower clients to drive business transformation, overcome business challenges, and deliver greater value. 

The agreement expands on the two companies’ existing partnership and is expected to help accelerate Wipro’s goal of building a $1 billion business with ServiceNow by the end of 2026. As part of the partnership Wipro and ServiceNow will deliver joint clients process consulting, implementation, configuration, and managed services. The partnership will cover all global geographies and will initially focus on four key industries: Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Energy and Utilities.

The expanded partnership will provide a global framework to automate and optimize technology service operations; activate environmental, social, and government (ESG) standards across the enterprise; enable new digital business/customer/employee experiences; and hyper automate enterprise resource planning (ERP). Further, it will strengthen the comprehensive portfolio of cloud capabilities offered through Wipro FullStride Cloud.
