Vikas Lifecare is currently trading at Rs. 3.85, up by 0.18 points or 4.90% from its previous closing of Rs. 3.67 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 3.71 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 3.85 and Rs. 3.71 respectively. So far 3033543 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 8.15 on 21-Jan-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 2.49 on 01-Jul-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 4.86 and Rs. 3.63 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 425.74 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 15.00%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.03% and 84.97% respectively.

Vikas Lifecare has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to form a strategic alliance with Amity University, Uttar Pradesh, India, to strengthen its R&D Activities, Technology Transfers, for improving and augmenting its product offerings.

Under this partnership, Vikas Lifecare will work together with Amity University in selecting, evaluating and finally the commercial implementation of the technological innovations, ideas, molecules, formulations, products etc with a special focus on Eco-Friendly Plastics & Renewable Energy Sources. Vikas Lifecare shall have pre-emptive rights on the innovations, technologies and products developed under this partnership.
