Vakrangee Q4 net profit jumps 62.73% at Rs 28.82 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 28.82 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2022 as compared to Rs 17.71 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 62.73 per cent. Net revenue of the company rose triple digit by 137.22 per cent at Rs 188.59 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 79.50 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 109.93 per cent to Rs 149.41 crore from Rs 71.17 crore in year ago period. Other Income dipped by 93.67 per cent at Rs 1.09 crore versus (Mar'21 Rs 17.22 crore). Operating Profit surged by 370.91 per cent to Rs 39.18 crore as against Rs 8.32 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 98.47 per cent in March quarter. Taxation increased by 24.78 per cent at Rs 7.15 crore (Mar'21 Rs 5.73 crore).
