Uno Minda is currently trading at Rs. 539.90, up by 0.80 points or 0.15% from its previous closing of Rs. 539.10 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 537.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 542.00 and Rs. 535.05 respectively. So far 2634 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 630.00 on 29-Dec-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 384.98 on 10-May-2022.

Uno Minda has invested a sum of Rs 15.30 crore to acquire 1,53,00,000 equity shares offered and issued by subsidiary -- Minda Katolec Electronics Services (MKESPL) on rights basis. MKESPL has completed allotment of Equity shares on December 17, 2022. The shareholding of the company in MKESPL remains unchanged at 51.00%.
