The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 15.29 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2022 as compared to Rs 7.82 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 95.52 per cent. Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 40.97 per cent at Rs 594.23 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 421.53 crore in the corresponding period last year. During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 40.27 per cent to Rs 546.44 crore from Rs 389.57 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 148.12 per cent at Rs 3.30 crore versus (Mar'21 Rs 1.33 crore). Operating Profit surged by 49.53 per cent to Rs 47.79 crore as against Rs 31.96 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 6.07 per cent in March quarter. Interest grew by 51.48 per cent y-o-y to Rs 24.54 crore, while Taxation increased by 121.34 per cent at Rs 5.60 crore (Mar'21 Rs 2.53 crore).
