The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 17.33 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2022 as compared to Rs 0.86 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 1915.12 per cent. Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 6.04 per cent at Rs 276.86 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 261.09 crore in the corresponding period last year. During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 13.32 per cent to Rs 264.37 crore from Rs 233.29 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 84.93 per cent at Rs 9.08 crore versus (Mar'21 Rs 4.91 crore). Operating Profit slipped by 55.06 per cent to Rs 12.49 crore as against Rs 27.79 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 57.65 per cent in March quarter. Interest grew by 56.76 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.58 crore, while Taxation decreased by 252.34 per cent at Rs -17.61 crore (Mar'21 Rs 11.56 crore).
