Ugro Capital gains on raising Rs 25 crore via commercial papers

Ugro Capital is currently trading at Rs. 226.15, up by 2.25 points or 1.00% from its previous closing of Rs. 223.90 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 224.20 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 226.15 and Rs. 224.20 respectively. So far 1452 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 248.00 on 05-Jun-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 136.00 on 23-Dec-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 238.95 and Rs. 217.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2069.58 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 2.87%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 8.97% and 88.15% respectively.

Ugro Capital has raised Rs 25 crore through the allotment of 500 Commercial Papers (CPs) of face value Rs 5,00,000 each, at a discounted rate of 9.50% p.a. The aforesaid Commercial Papers will be listed on BSE. The Investment and Borrowing Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company (Committee), on July 13, 2023 has made an allotment of the same.
