The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 67.09 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2022 as compared to Rs 30.43 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 120.47 per cent. Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 41.36 per cent at Rs 354.41 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 250.72 crore in the corresponding period last year. During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 36.56 per cent to Rs 268.52 crore from Rs 196.63 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 85.30 per cent at Rs 19.16 crore versus (Mar'21 Rs 10.34 crore). Operating Profit surged by 58.80 per cent to Rs 85.88 crore as against Rs 54.08 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 12.33 per cent in March quarter. Interest declined by 61.69 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.54 crore, while Taxation increased by 514.85 per cent at Rs 20.29 crore (Mar'21 Rs 3.30 crore).
