Tata Motors shines on bagging order for 50 EVs from ANERT through EESL

Tata Motors is currently trading at Rs. 425.00, up by 7.05 points or 1.69% from its previous closing of Rs. 417.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 421.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 431.10 and Rs. 421.10 respectively. So far 233620 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 536.50 on 17-Nov-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 268.50 on 24-Aug-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 431.10 and Rs. 396.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 138795.14 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 46.40%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 28.97% and 19.47% respectively.

Tata Motors along with Energy Efficiency Services (EESL) has bagged a contract of delivering 50 Nexon EVs to ANERT (Agency for New and Renewable Energy Research and Technology) - a nodal agency for adaptation of sustainable E-mobility across Kerala under the Department of Power, Government of Kerala (GOK). These 50 EVs will be deployed across various department of Kerala state government.

The Nexon EV, an aspirational SUV, delivers an anxiety-free long range (ARAI certified range of 312km) on a single charge with zero emissions. It is equipped with a powerful and high-efficiency 129 PS permanent-magnet AC motor, powered by a high capacity 30.2 kWh lithium-ion battery. The EV comes with best-in-industry dust and waterproof battery pack, which meets IP67 standards. Furthermore, it offers 35 Mobile Apps based connected features, ranging from remote commands, vehicle tracking to driving behavior analytics, navigation, and remote diagnostics.
