Tata Motors rises as its arm joins Foxconn-led consortium to develop sustainable mobility

Tata Motors is currently trading at Rs. 418.75, up by 1.75 points or 0.42% from its previous closing of Rs. 417.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 418.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 424.00 and Rs. 417.30 respectively. So far 348548 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 536.50 on 17-Nov-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 268.50 on 24-Aug-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 424.00 and Rs. 406.15 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 139876.83 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 46.40%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 28.97% and 19.47% respectively.

Tata Motors’ subsidiary -- Tata Technologies has joined the Foxconn-initiated MIH Consortium to promote development of sustainable mobility solutions and encourage collaboration within the industry. The MIH (Mobility In Harmony Consortium) comprises more than 2,300 members in the field of software, hardware, and services. The goal of this open electric vehicle alliance is to bring the strategic partners together to build the next generation of EV, autonomous driving, and mobility service applications.

The collaboration with the MIH Consortium will enable Tata Technologies to collaborate with other members on solutions and capabilities that deliver value for its stakeholders and enable it to innovate new solutions.
