Tata Communications jumps on planning to raise Rs 1750 crore through NCDs

The scrip opened at Rs. 1794.20 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1826.05 and Rs. 1770.45 respectively. So far 24344 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1826.20 on 23-Aug-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1095.05 on 26-Sep-2022.

Tata Communications is planning to raise Rs 1750 crore through issuance of 1,75,000 Rated, Unsecured, Redeemable, Rated, Listed, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) having face value of Rs 1 lakh each. The date of maturity of the said NCDs will be 3 years from the deemed date of allotment. Deemed Date of allotment is on August 29, 2023.
