Suzlon Energy zooms on transferring 51.05% shareholding in Vayudoot Solarfarms to Aries Renewables

Suzlon Energy is currently trading at Rs. 10.22, up by 0.76 points or 8.03% from its previous closing of Rs. 9.46 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 9.55 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 10.36 and Rs. 9.49 respectively. So far 50308680 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 12.03 on 18-Jan-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 5.43 on 28-Jul-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 10.36 and Rs. 8.53 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 12747.49 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 14.50%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 16.08% and 69.40% respectively.

Suzlon Energy has completed transfer of its entire 51.05% shareholding in Vayudoot Solarfarms to Aries Renewables on December 03, 2022 and accordingly Vayudoot has ceased to be the subsidiary of the Company. The Company sold its balance stake in Vayudoot Solarfarms for a consideration of Rs 14.23 crore.
