Supreme Infrastructure posts Q2 net loss of Rs 212.54 cr

The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 212.54 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 117.11 crore in the previous year quarter. Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 60.72 per cent at Rs 30.72 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 78.21 crore in the corresponding period last year. During July-September quarter,
operating expenses dropped by 58.47 per cent to Rs 28.49 crore from Rs 68.60 crore in year ago period. Other Income dipped by 1.26 per cent at Rs 2.36 crore versus (Sep'20 Rs 2.39 crore). Operating Profit slipped by 76.80 per cent to Rs 2.23 crore as against Rs 9.61 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 41.01 per cent in September quarter. Interest grew by 60.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 199.05 crore
