Sparc Electrex touches roof on enters into trademark license agreement with Hyundai Corporation Holdings

Sparc Electrex is currently trading at upper limit of Rs. 28.32, up by 1.34 points or 4.97% from its previous closing of Rs. 26.98 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 28.32 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 28.32 and Rs. 28.00 respectively. So far 28307 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 42.41 on 18-Aug-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 15.65 on 23-Dec-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 28.32 and Rs. 23.30 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 55.38 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 27.12%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.83% and 72.06% respectively.

Sparc Electrex has signed and thereby entered into an exclusive trademark license agreement with Hyundai Corporation Holdings Co, Korea for developing, producing, sourcing, selling, marketing and distributing the Power Tools and other related auxiliary activities in India under the brand. Indian Power Tools market is dominated by international brands and this agreement will help the company to face competitors aggressively. This agreement is expected to help the company in achieving higher sales and better margin in the future.
