Spandana Sphoorty Financial zooms on getting nod to raise Rs 23 crore through NCDs

Spandana Sphoorty Financial is currently trading at Rs. 423.80, up by 12.45 points or 3.03% from its previous closing of Rs. 411.35 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 413.20 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 424.80 and Rs. 413.20 respectively. So far 1337 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 678.55 on 29-Jul-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 288.75 on 20-Jun-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 444.00 and Rs. 409.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2986.53 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 63.59%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 16.77% and 19.63% respectively.

Spandana Sphoorty Financial has received approval to raise Rs 23 crore through issuance of 230 Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Transferable, Non-convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 10,00,000 each on private placement basis.  The management committee of the board of directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 26, 2022 has inter-alia considered and approved the same.
