Spandana Sphoorty Financial is currently trading at Rs. 715.60, up by 20.20 points or 2.90% from its previous closing of Rs. 695.40 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 696.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 717.95 and Rs. 695.90 respectively. So far 3121 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 750.95 on 02-Jun-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 288.75 on 20-Jun-2022.

Spandana Sphoorty Financial has raised Rs 75 crore through allotment of 7500 Secured, Senior, Redeemable, Transferable, Listed, Rated Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) having face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, including a green shoe option up to Rs 25 crore on a private placement basis in demat form, issued through Disclosure Document dated June 09, 2023.
