Spandana Sphoorty Financial has raised Rs 25 crore through allotment of 2500 Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) having face value of Rs 1 lakh each, at par each, on a private placement basis. The Management Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company vide its resolution dated April 10, 2023, has approved and allotted the same.
