Solar Industries moves up on redeeming Commercial paper of Rs 50 crore

Solar Industries (India) is currently trading at Rs. 1278.75, up by 3.10 points or 0.24% from its previous closing of Rs. 1275.65 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1277.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1285.75 and Rs. 1253.50 respectively. So far 251 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1420.00 on 10-Mar-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 846.00 on 25-Mar-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1325.00 and Rs. 1244.80 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 11499.02 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 73.15%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 22.00% and 4.85% respectively.

Solar Industries has been redeemed Commercial paper of Rs 50 crore on March 23, 2021 after making payment on due date. The Commercial paper was issued on December 23, 2020.

Solar Industries is one of the largest manufacturers and suppliers of Explosives and Explosive Accessories in India covering the entire range of products such as Bulk and Cartridge Explosives, Detonators, Detonating Cords, Pentaerythritol Tetranitrate (PETN), and Cast Boosters.
