Sobha surges on reporting 22% rise in sales value during Q3FY23

Sobha is currently trading at Rs. 581.25, up by 13.20 points or 2.32% from its previous closing of Rs. 568.05 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 563.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 587.55 and Rs. 563.05 respectively. So far 15725 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1045.00 on 19-Jan-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 480.35 on 20-Jun-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 596.75 and Rs. 563.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5510.07 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 51.99%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 29.26% and 18.76% respectively.

Sobha has achieved highest ever quarterly sales value of Rs 1424.70 crore in Q3FY23 as compared to Rs 1164.20 crore in Q2FY23 i.e. up by 22.38%. In Q3FY22, the company had achieved sales value of Rs 1047.50 crore. The company’s share of sales value stood at Rs 1111.20 crore in Q3FY23 as compared to Rs 908.20 crore in Q3FY22. Average Price realization improved to Rs 9,650 /sft in Q3FY23, increased by 10.8% from Q2FY23 and 21.9% from Q3FY22.

Sobha is one of the fastest growing and foremost backward integrated real estate players in the country. It primarily focuses on residential and contractual projects.
