The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 12.17 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2020 as compared to Rs 2.92 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 316.78 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 14.19 per cent at Rs 70.57 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 61.80 crore in the corresponding period last year. During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 2.69 per cent to Rs 57.34 crore from Rs 55.84 crore in year ago period. Other Income grew by 168.72 per cent at Rs 5.67 crore versus (Dec'19 Rs 2.11 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 122.15 per cent to Rs 13.24 crore as against Rs 5.96 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 94.40 per cent in December quarter. Interest declined by 50.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.60 crore, while Taxation increased by 122.60 per cent at Rs 3.94 crore (Dec'19 Rs 1.77 crore).
