SRF gains on commencing pharma intermediates plant at Dahej
SRF is currently trading at Rs. 2437.60, up by 12.85 points or 0.53% from its previous closing of Rs. 2424.75 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 2426.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2453.95 and Rs. 2426.05 respectively. So far 16003 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2864.35 on 14-Sep-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 2002.50 on 06-Jul-2022.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2453.95 and Rs. 2356.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 72220.94 crore.

SRF has commissioned pharma intermediates plant at Dahej on April 12, 2023. The said project has been capitalized at an aggregate cost of Rs 223 crore. In January 2022, the company had received approval from its board of directors for a project to create pharma intermediates plant for undertaking precursor processes for production of pharma products at Dahej.
SRF is a leader in refrigerants, engineering plastics and industrial yarns in India. The company also manufactures polyester films and fluoro specialties. Besides India, SRF has a presence in Dubai, South Africa and Thailand.
