The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 14.49 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2021 as compared to Rs 10.42 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 39.06 per cent. Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 1.19 per cent at Rs 4.15 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 4.20 crore in the corresponding period last year. During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 99.38 per cent to Rs 6.42 crore from Rs 3.22 crore in year ago period. Other Income grew by 25.22 per cent at Rs 21.40 crore versus (Jun'20 Rs 17.09 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 331.63 per cent to Rs -2.27 crore as against Rs 0.98 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 335.15 per cent in June quarter. Interest declined by 7.81 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.77 crore, while Taxation decreased by 76.62 per cent at Rs 0.72 crore (Jun'20 Rs 3.08 crore).
