Reliance Power L posts Q4 net loss of Rs 67.71 cr

The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 67.71 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 59.59 crore in the previous year quarter. Net revenue of the company rose by 5.13 per cent at Rs 4.92 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 4.68 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 49.61 per cent to Rs 7.69 crore from Rs 5.14 crore in year ago period. Other Income dipped by 28.98 per cent at Rs 36.25 crore versus (Mar'21 Rs 51.04 crore). Operating Profit surged by 502.17 per cent to Rs -2.77 crore as against Rs -0.46 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 472.74 per cent in March quarter. Interest declined by 8.45 per cent y-o-y to Rs 97.28 crore
