RattanIndia Power falls on reporting consolidated net loss of Rs 483 crore in Q4FY23

RattanIndia Power is currently trading at Rs. 3.25, down by 0.16 points or 4.69% from its previous closing of Rs. 3.41 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 3.37 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 3.37 and Rs. 3.20 respectively. So far 3706702 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 5.65 on 13-Sep-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 2.82 on 29-Mar-2023.

RattanIndia Power has reported results for fourth quarter (Q4) and year ended March 31, 2023.
RattanIndia Power has reported 19.62% fall in its net profit at Rs 110.36 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 137.29 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 3.04% at Rs 995.09 crore for Q4FY23 as compared to Rs 965.75 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On consolidated basis, the company has reported net loss of Rs 483.19 crore for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2023 as compared to net loss of Rs 306.39 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 4.27% at Rs 988.64 crore for Q4FY23 as compared to Rs 1,032.75 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
For the year ended March 31, 2023, the company has reported 4.45% fall in its net profit at Rs 332.65 crore as compared to Rs 348.13 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company decreased marginally by 0.87% at Rs 3,581.13 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 3,612.74 crore for year ended March 31, 2022.
For the year ended March 31, 2023, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported net loss of Rs 1,869.85 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 1,981.45 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 2.99% at Rs 3,559.36 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 3,669.16 crore for year ended March 31, 2022.
