Rain Industries jumps on incorporating wholly owned subsidiary company
Rain Industries is currently trading at Rs. 162.90, up by 12.00 points or 7.95% from its previous closing of Rs. 150.90 on the BSE.

Rain Verticals is a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Rain Industries incorporated to carry on the business of Vertical Farming, Research and Development for development of Vertical Farming and Lithium Ion High Energy Density Cells and undertake operations in Logistics.
Rain Industries is engaged in the business of manufacturing cement, Calcined Petroleum Coke (CPC) and power. It is the largest producer of CPC with a production capacity of 2.49 million tonnes per annum (MTPA).
