"Nifty remained volatile during the day as it failed to sustain above 17300. However, the index remained comfortably above the 200DMA confirming the positive trend. The daily RSI is in positive crossover. On the lower end, support lies at 17000. The trend will likely remain positive till the Nifty closes above 17000. A closing basis fall below 17000 may trigger a selling pressure. On the higher end, a decisive move above 17300 may induce a decent rally in the market."
