Quantum Mutual Fund files offer document for Multi Asset Allocation Fund
Quantum Mutual Fund has filed offer document with SEBI to launch an open-ended scheme named ‘Quantum Multi Asset Allocation Fund‘. The New Fund Offer price is Rs 10 per unit. Entry load will be nil and Exit load for Exits 1.00% if redeemed or switch out on or before 90 days from the date of allotment of units; NIL- if redeemed or switch out after 90 days from the date of allotment of units. The scheme offers growth and dividend options for investment and seeks to collect a Minimum Target Amount of Rs 10 crore.
The performance of the scheme will be benchmarked by NIFTY 50 TRI (40%) + CRISIL Short Term Bond Fund AII Index (45%)+Domestic Price of Gold (15%). The minimum application amount is Rs 500 and Re 1 thereafter.
The investment objective of the scheme is to generate long term capital appreciation / income by investing in Diversified portfolio of Equity & Equity Related Instruments, Debt & Money Market Instruments and Gold Related Instruments.
