The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 10.17 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2021 as compared to Rs 4.15 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 145.06 per cent. Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 55.94 per cent at Rs 134.64 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 86.34 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 51.99 per cent to Rs 118.51 crore from Rs 77.97 crore in year ago period. Other Income dipped by 8.72 per cent at Rs 1.36 crore versus (Mar'20 Rs 1.49 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 92.71 per cent to Rs 16.13 crore as against Rs 8.37 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 23.63 per cent in March quarter. Interest declined by 69.59 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.45 crore, while Taxation increased by 90.60 per cent at Rs 4.46 crore (Mar'20 Rs 2.34 crore).
