Power Finance Corporation gains on planning to raise Rs 10,000 crore through NCDs
Power Finance Corporation is currently trading at Rs. 224.90, up by 0.25 points or 0.11% from its previous closing of Rs. 224.65 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 226.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 226.35 and Rs. 222.90 respectively. So far 258697 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 230.40 on 11-Jul-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 100.85 on 17-Oct-2022.

Power Finance Corporation (PFC) is planning to raise Rs 10,000 crore through non-convertible debentures. It has filed a draft shelf prospectus for Rs 10,000 crore non-convertible debentures (NCDs) fundraise. The public issue of secured, rated, listed, redeemable NCDs with a face value of Rs 1,000 each aggregate up to Rs 10,000 crore (shelf limit) and will be issued in one or more tranches.
