* There were Titan was up by 3.25%, Mahindra & Mahindra was up by 1.97%, Reliance was up by 1.77%, AXIS Bank was up by 1.69%, and ONGC was up by 1.65%, the top gainers were on the Sensex.

* There were TATA Steel was down by 1.66%, Bajaj Finserv was down by 0.68%, Bajaj Finance was down by 0.48%, NTPC was down by 0.34%, and Dr. Reddy was down by 0.23%, the top losers were on the Sensex.

* The CNX Nifty ended at 15,885.15 up by 122.10 points or 0.77% after trading in a range of 15,892.90 and 15,834.65. There were 37 stocks advancing and 13 stocks declining.
