* There were NTPC was up by 3.87%, Titan was up by 1.87%, SBIN was up by 1.64%, Hindustan Unilever was up by 1.42%, and UltraTech Cement was up by 1.31%, the top gainers were on the Sensex.

* There were Maruti was down by 0.82%, TCS was down by 0.74%, Tech Mahindra was down by 0.71%, Mahindra & Mahindra was down by 0.63% and L&T was down by 0.59%, the top losers were on the Sensex.

* The CNX Nifty ended at 15,746.50 up by 63.15 points or 0.40% after trading in a range of 15,765.15 and 15,505.65. There were 36 stocks advancing and 13 stocks declining and 1 stock unchanged.
