Paras Defence and Space Technologies inches up on entering into MoU with Yantra Indi

Paras Defence And Space Technologies is currently trading at Rs. 499.30, up by 0.90 points or 0.18% from its previous closing of Rs. 498.40 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 498.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 508.85 and Rs. 495.50 respectively. So far 12678 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 811.35 on 19-Sep-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 490.65 on 14-Feb-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 535.45 and Rs. 490.65 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1949.81 crore.

Yantra India (YIL), (formerly a part of Ordnance Factory Board), a Government of India Enterprise under Ministry of Defence has entered into ‘Memorandum of Understanding’ (MoU) with Paras Defence and Space Technologies during the ongoing Aero India 2023 at Bangalore, to establish a framework for cooperation between YIL and Paras Defence to jointly address the requirements of Indian Defence Forces and Export Markets.

Paras Defence and Space Technologies is primarily engaged in the designing, developing, manufacturing, and testing of a variety of defence and space engineering products and solutions.
