Paisalo Digital is planning to raise funds via issue of Unlisted, Unsecured, Unrated Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) through Private Placement Basis. The meeting of Operations and Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on July 6, 2022 to consider the same.
Paisalo Digital is a leading systemically important Non-Deposit taking NBFC registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), in operation since 1992. The company’s main thrust is on small finance to ensure rural development, self-employment and women-empowerment.
