PNB Housing Finance gains on turning black in Q4
PNB Housing Finance is currently trading at Rs. 381.00, up by 4.10 points or 1.09% from its previous closing of Rs. 376.90 on the BSE.

The company has reported net profit at Rs 129.98 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net loss of Rs 263.12 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company decreased by 5.70% at Rs 1,815.62 crore for Q4FY21 as compared Rs 1,925.31 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On the consolidated basis, the company has reported net profit at Rs 127.03 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net loss of Rs 242.06 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company decreased by 6.04% at Rs 1,833.90 crore for Q4FY21 as compared Rs 1,951.84 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
For the year ended March 31, 2021, the company has reported a rise of 35.60% in its net profit at Rs 925.22 crore as compared to Rs 682.31crore for the previous year. However, total income of the company decreased by 10.63% at Rs 7,583.98 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 8,485.92 crore for year ended March 31, 2020.
For the year ended March 31, 2021, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported a rise of 43.89% in its net profit at Rs 929.90 crore as compared to Rs 646.24 crore for the previous year. However, total income of the company decreased by 10.19% at Rs 7,624.08 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 8,489.55 crore for year ended March 31, 2020.
