PFC inches up on inking MoU with Juniper Green Energy

Power Finance Corporation is currently trading at Rs. 238.45, up by 0.20 points or 0.08% from its previous closing of Rs. 238.25 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 238.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 239.30 and Rs. 236.85 respectively. So far 180355 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 244.00 on 24-Jul-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 100.85 on 17-Oct-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 244.00 and Rs. 224.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 62556.73 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 55.99%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 35.59% and 8.42% respectively.

Power Finance Corporation (PFC) has inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Juniper Green Energy for Rs 5,000 crore to fund renewable energy projects of Juniper Green Energy. The memorandum of understanding is for funding projects of 1200 MW capacities.

With the above development Juniper Green Energy is on track to achieve more than 4000 MW of capacity by 2027 with a diversified portfolio of solar, wind and hybrid projects.

Power Finance Corporation is central PSU under Ministry of Power and India's leading NBFC.
