One97 Communications to come out with Rs 18,300 crore IPO on November 8

One97 Communications, which operates under the Paytm brand name, is coming out with an initial public offering (IPO) to raise around Rs 18,300 crore. The issue will open on November 8, 2021 and will close on November 10, 2021. It has fixed a price band of Rs 2,080 - 2,150 per share.

The company is expected to use the proceeds for growth including customer and merchant acquisition and investing in new business initiatives, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. The shares of the company are proposed to be listed on both BSE and NSE.
