OK Play India touches roof on getting nod to sell toy segment, automotive component business

OK Play India is currently trading at its upper limit of Rs. 81.88, up by 3.89 points or 4.99% from its previous closing of Rs. 77.99 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 74.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 81.88 and Rs. 74.10 respectively. So far 275310 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'XT' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 87.60 on 28-Feb-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 24.25 on 07-Mar-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 87.60 and Rs. 74.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 157.28 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 59.92%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.37% and 39.71% respectively.

OK Play India has received approval for sale of toy segment business along with its related assets and liabilities at book value to Isht Technologies, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company subject to approval of shareholders of the company. Besides, the company has also received approval for sale of automotive component business along with its related assets and liabilities at book value to OK Play Auto, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company subject to approval of shareholders of the company. The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on February 28, 2023 has passed the resolutions.

OK Play India is engaged in manufacturing plastic molded toys, school furniture, playground equipment, infrastructure and automotive products, point-of-purchase products and E-Vehicles.
