Nifty weekly contract has highest open interest at 15500 for Calls and at 14700 for Puts while monthly contract continues to have highest OI at 15000 for Calls and 14000 for Puts. Highest new OI addition was seen at 15600 for Calls and 15000 for Puts in weekly and 16200 for Calls and 15000 for Puts in monthly. FIIs increased their futures long position by 35.86% and cut their short position by 15.12%. FIIs increased their position in index options by 30.10% in Call longs, 28.74% in Call shorts, 10.58% in Put longs and 10.08% in Put shorts.
